As part of the tour Dangerous Woman, American singer Ariana Grande will be making a stop in Costa Rica on Sunday, July 9.
The concert will be held at the Coca Cola Amphitheater of Parque Viva in La Guácima, Alajuela.
The information was confirmed by One Entertainment, company in charge of bringing the event to the country, although the date is still not appearing in the artist’s webpage.
“Tickets will be sold at accessible prices so that the teenage crowd that follows her can afford to buy it; the detailed information will be provided once we have the approval from the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce”, stated Andrés Naftalí from One Entertainment.
Ariana Grande begins her tour this weekend in the United States, in May she travels to different countries in Europe, here the tour will extend through the middle of June, only to start again in Latin America on June 29th when she will present her show in Brazil.
The 23 year old native of Florida, began her career early on in her life participating in different theater plays, it was at 13 that she pursued a career in music. She became widely known and a teen idol for her role in Nickelodeon television series Victorious.
Grande has been nominated for four Grammy Awards and won an MTV Video Music Award, three MTV Europe Music Awards and three American Music Awards, she has also received seven nominations to Billboard Music Awards. She was also listed in 2016 among Time’s 100 most influential people in the world.
In the Dangerous Woman tour the artist will be performing around 21 songs and will be joined by her team of musicians and professional dancers.
“We picked a venue considering the security of the show. We believe Parque Viva is a place that offers parents different facilities that makes them feel comfortable to let their teenagers go an enjoy the show”, explained Naftalí.
