Manuel Antonio National Park receives many visitors during the high season, attracted by the amazing flora and fauna found here and of course by the white sand beaches beaches which offer a piece of paradise on earth.

There are five beaches in the Manuel Antonio area:

Playa Espadilla: This is the public beach in Manuel Antonio, most tourists stay here since you don’t need to access the park to have access to it, it extends for approximately 3.5 kilometers and it is surrounded by vegetation.

Playa Manuel Antonio: This beach is close to the entrance of the Manuel Antonio National Park, but to gain access to it you need to go inside the National Park. Watch out for the monkeys that usually are looking for things to take as souvenirs.

Playas Gemelas: This beach is on the trail going towards Puerto Escondido, it’s a small beach but stunning and not crowded

Puerto Escondido: After a short hike in the park you can reach this extraordinary beach, the beach unfortunately is not accessible during high tide, so it is advisable to check with local guides about the best time to visit this place.

Playa Biesanz: A paradise for those looking for a more relaxing beach away from the waves of tourists, the entrance to this beach is close to the Parador Resort, it has great swimming conditions.

Marina Pez Vela has planned a variety of activities for the tourists to enjoy during the Holy Week; parasailing, rafting, jet skiing, catamaran trips, scuba diving, sport fishing, are just some of the activities offered. The different restaurants at the Marina are also ready to receive the visitors with amazing dishes.
