Costa Rica celebrates today, September 9, Children’s Day, and there are several options to enjoy this day with loads of fun.
Universal Stores is offering discounts on many of their toys, going from 15% to 70%.
“We want children to enjoy this day and parents to have the opportunity to find a gift for their children at extraordinary prices. Discounts apply for popular toys including Barbies, Legos, Fisher Price, among others; for example the Darth Vader Star Wars Lego usually costs $65.00 and during this weekend it will sell for under $20.00.
Universal Stores will also have entertainment activities in their different locations.
Avenida Escazú will host “Super Day” with plenty of activities for children, including Lego Exhibits, Live Graffiti, Movie Characters, Magic Mirror Photo Booth, among many other entertainment options.
The “Parque de Diversiones”, Costa Rica’s amusement park will have the day pass at a discounted price of ¢10,000, they will have different attractions such as theater plays and parades.
The Children’s Museum is also a good alternative this weekend, with over 40 interactive exhibits and special activities.
Escazú Village will celebrate with a Junior Chef Party which includes cupcakes and hamburger workshops for the little ones and entertainment activities. Remember Escazú Village has a Universal Store so you can take advantage of the discounts here and at Yamuni Store which is also offering a 25% in the children, toddler and babies departments.
Malls and shopping centers usually have different options to celebrate children in their day, but most importantly take some time today to spend some quality time with the little ones.
