The Judiciary Investigative Police in Costa Rica (OIJ) require the help of the public in finding German tourist Gerlinde Hahne, a 75-year-old woman that went missing the afternoon of May 3.
According to information released by the family, Hahne came to Costa Rica on April 30 from Munich, Germany, with the purpose of attending her son Tobes Hahne’s, wedding that was scheduled for Saturday, May 5 in the beach town of Montezuma Cobano Puntarenas.
The senior citizen went for a walk on Thursday, May 3 at around 2 p.m. on the property of the family in the community known as Las Delicias, between Montezuma and Cobano, that was the last time they saw her. She was wearing light colored pants, black sandals and a patterned blouse, she is thin, tall and has blond hair and light complexion.
The entire family and friends have been searching for her along with police officers. The woman doesn’t suffer from any particular illness but tends to forget things.
