Aerobell Starts Operation of Domestic Flights to 7 Destinations in Costa Rica

Aerobell Airlines announced its domestic flights to seven destinations in Costa Rica as of this Tuesday, July 24; the company that has 30 years operating in the country under the modality of charter had announced its interest in entering the market of domestic flights after suspension of the operations of Nature Air.

“We have identified a lack of options in the offering of domestic itinerary flights, and that’s why the decision is taken to make an incursion in regular operations and contribute with the development of the country and tourism”, stated Marco Montealegre, CEO of Aerobell.
Aerobell Airlines will operate from the Tobías Bolaños International Airport in Pavas.

In this initial stage, Aerobell will offer daily flights to seven destinations, Tortuguero, Tamarindo, Tambor, Quepos, Drake Bay, La Fortuna (Arenal) and Puerto Jimenez, aboard Cessna Grand Caravan aircrafts with capacity for 12 passengers by November they will add four Cessna Grand Caravan EX equipped with the latest aeronautic technology to complete 6 units.

Other routes are planned for the near future: Liberia, Golfito, Bocas del Toro in Panama, among others.
