During this week appeals to the declarations of illegality regarding the labor strike with several institutions have been concluded  by labor Judges in favor of the labor unions, going back on the initial sentences and declaring the strike legal. (Yes you read this right)

This is the case of the labor strikes that affected the state refinery, Recope, the Costa Rican institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AYA) and the Child Welfare Agency, PANI.
