Yesterday the production company SD Concerts Costa Rica, finally confirmed the event, which will take place at the National Stadium and is part of the artist’s 24K Magic World Tour, 24K Magic is the name of his last album released in 2016 and which reached in only 5 weeks 1 million copies sold worldwide.
Mars is currently touring through the United States and according to his website, the last date in this country will be November 11 at which point he will start a tour through Latin America.
The native of Hawaii is a five-time Grammy winner, he was named one of Time’s 100 most influential people in the world in 2011; known for big hits such as “Uptown Funk”, “Grenade”, “Just the Way You Are” and “When I Was Your Man”, as well as for his incredible stage performances
The only other detail SD Concerts gave away is that the guest band will be DNCE an American dance-rock band formed by Joe Jonas, Jack Lawless, JinJoo Lee and Cole Whittle and which became quite popular with the single Cake by the Ocean.
The stop in Costa Rica is still not showing in the artist’s web page and it has not yet been confirmed by the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Commerce.
