Costa Rican Company CRB Restaurants, owner of the Chili’s franchise in Costa Rica, is opening new restaurants but this time with pizza as the main dish.

The Crew Pizza & Salad opened its first location this October 10 at Plaza Real Alajuela; a 200 square meter are with capacity for 70 customers and with the concept of creating your own pizza or your own salad.

Andrés Gómez, general manager of CRB restaurants confirmed that the plan of expansion includes the opening of five of these restaurants in the Great Metropolitan Area.

“The visualization of this business has taken over a year of investigation, development and implementation; we really want to stand out. Our objective is to offer this province a gastronomy experience that includes a variety of pizzas, salads, beverages and beers. We want each of our clients to experience their inner chef, create their own pizza and the final result will be the mouth to mouth recommendation which always makes a restaurant grow”, said Gomez to daily El Financiero.

The Crew Pizza & Salad will offer over 40 fresh, high-quality ingredients,original dressings and sauce, and they strive to offer great and quick service. 90% of the products used are produced in Costa Rica.
