The U.S. Peace Corps program in Costa Rica is searching for local talent to fill a new position.

The program manager would be responsible for, “Building a Response Corps program of 10-15 Peace Corps Response Volunteer positions per year. Work in close collaboration with other PC Staff and local organizations to support Peace Corps/Costa Rica programs. Train and oversee the Peace Corps Response Volunteers, and serve as the point of contact for Post staff and for Peace Corps Response/Washington,” says the agency on their website.

Peace Corps Costa Rica has more than 105 volunteers currently serving in Costa Rica working on projects in community and youth development, and education. The agency notes that more than 3,685 volunteers have served in Costa Rica since the program was established in 1963.
