About The Founders: Richie and Phil

Californian and Mexican American buddies living in Costa Rica for more than ten years decided that it was time to bring the flavors from their home town to their new town. Tacos & Burritos with original Baja ingredients, just the way they used to eat it.

In 2012 the two founders decided to open a small one window shop in Alajuela where they prep, cook and manage the Pink Taco. With the secret (not really) hot sauce imported from Cali, these two tico lovers started cooking and delivering Pink Taco meals to their offices, and now, Pink Taco is the official lunch every Saturday.
