PR-Inside.com: 2015-08-07 — Sacred Warrior’s Vanessa Chakour and powerhouse yogi, wellness educator and internationally known musician, Bibi McGill are running two back to back retreats in Costa Rica later this year, with a corresponding online course starting in October. The retreats will offer daily yoga and Sacred Warrior boxing, plant medicine, vegan meals, ceremony, jungle hikes with animals and more, all whilst staying in the Sacred Geometric Eco Village of Hidden Garden in Costa Rica. The retreats, TRANSFORMATION and MANIFESTATION are about connecting with nature, tapping into your primal self and energy, and innate ability to self heal.
8-week Online TRANSFORMATION and MANIFESTATION workshops are available to all and free for retreat goers. They engage participants in simple, yet powerful daily practices through movement, meditation, natural healing and creative exploration.
Vanessa Chakour, Sacred Warrior Founder, is an artist, activist, former pro boxer, trainer inspirational speaker and herbalist. She is passionate about helping to deepen people’s relationships to their own bodies and the body of the earth. Vanessa explains, “The more we cultivate our internal strength, the more we can embrace our sensitivity. This allows us to tune in to our intuition, instinct, a heightened awareness of our surroundings and connection to the elements inside and out. This is true power.”
Bibi McGill is an internationally known musician, lead guitarist for Beyonce, an acclaimed yoga teacher, wellness educator, and health food entrepreneur. Since discovering yoga in 1998, Bibi has traveled around the world extensively studying numerous Classical 8 Limb Yoga Systems including Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga. Bibi’s Yoga is a practice that challenges the body while supporting spiritual growth within each and every student. An advocate of making yoga available to everyone, Bibi is actively involved with Street Yoga, a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading healing and wellness to youth populations.
The Transformation Retreat is from December 27th- January 3rd.

The Manifestation Retreat is from January 4th- January 10th.

Disciples will stay  at the Sacred Geometric Eco Village of El Jardin Escondido in Puerto Viejo, Limon, Costa Rica
